Do you offer different shipping options?
All buckles are shipped via three day priority mail. This shipping method also includes tracking and insurance up to the replacement value of the piece. Insurance will be used to replace and replicate the original buckle in the unfortunate event of a loss.
Do you have a return and exchange policy?
Because of the handmade and custom nature of each piece, returns and exchanges cannot be offered. We understand that it can be frustrating to receive an item that doesn't quite meet your expectations. However, due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
